Holiday Gift Guide

Season’s greetings everyone!  I cannot believe how fast this year has flown by.  I feel like just yesterday we were ringing in 2016 and here we are approaching the holidays once again.

With the holiday’s sneaking up on us, it’s time to get shopping!  As soon as I polished off my last plate from my Thanksgiving feast (of course I had more than one) I started to think about whom I needed to buy for.  Below are my picks for friends and family, hopefully it helps you too!

For the fitness fanatic…

For the fitness obsessed in my life (and there are a lot) I will be giving them my FAVORITE water bottle’s by S’well.  The bottles are so cute and come in a million colors, patterns and sizes. They’re the perfect accessory for any workout and the technology they use makes it so your water stays cold for up to 24 hours.

For the foodie….

I love a home cooked meal so for my foodie friends I’ll be giving ‘The Blue Apron Experience’ package from Blue Apron.  Blue Apron is an incredible subscription service that delivers fresh ingredients with coordinating recipes to your doorstep.  This package that they’ve created includes a gift card for a week of meals + wine and other goodies and is the ultimate treat for the food obsessed.

For the man in your life…

Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with playing backgammon!  I think a little friendly competition is great in a relationship so a really nice backgammon set is my pick for your boyfriend.  You can go out any night, but nothing beats a night in with a glass of wine and some gaming.

For your parents…

When I go home to visit my parents I love to cuddle up on their couch and revert to being a kid.  There’s something about going home (even if it isn’t the home you grew up in) that makes you want to just hang out and unplug.  This year I’ll be gifting a monogrammed cashmere throw that will be a perfect addition to the TV room.  Nothing wrong with giving a gift that you are able to use as well.
